We always welcome you to stay during your pet's exam/vaccinations.
Dr. Austin is always happy to address any questions
or concerns you may have.

Do
I need an appointment?
To allow ample time for all patients and to schedule our surgical
times, we do prefer appointments. Drop-offs are always welcome
at no additional charge. Emergencies are always top priority.
|
Are
there certain days that you do surgeries and dentals?
We do surgeries and dentals on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays,
and Fridays. We ask that you take up all food and water
12 hours before the scheduled procedure. We are here
at 7:30 am for early drop-offs.
What
are my payment options?
We make every effort to keep our fees reasonable and
fair. Charges are based on time, expertise and extent
of supplies and services rendered. For your convenience,
we will be glad to give you an estimate before services
are provided. We encourage you to ask any questions.
We appreciate your cooperation in promptly paying for
services at the time of the visit. We accept cash, check,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Dr.
Austin's patients are generally dogs and cats, but the
birds sure flocked to him on his last visit to the Jackson
Zoo! |
How
long has Dr. Austin been practicing?
Dr. Austin graduated from Mississippi State University College
of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. He then spent time in Arkansas
